I was skeptical initially but I was pleasantly surprised at the first try. I don't feel bloated. It felt natural and I don't feel hungry. I tried slowly with one meal (dinner) replacement for 1 week. Will replace both lunch and dinner starting from next week! I am also proud for the fact that this is our true blue local brand. We'll done!

Used it for a couple of month, perfect solution for a balanced quick meal while traveling, or quick meal when no time to cook, and monitoring precisely how much I’m eating. I appreciated the basic tastes in itself so that was it for me. Sometimes I added what I wanted, either dark chocolate powder or a shot of fresh coffee. It took me a bit to find the level of hydration I liked the best but that’s it.

This is my 3rd bag of lembas and it has consistently been yummy, filling and time saving. The chocolate flavour is a great new addition and it'd be nice with a bigger range of flavours in the future.

Excellent. I have IBS and this a blessing on my stomach. Best to make it in the tumbler provided. I try to get used to it by taking it once a day. Not recommended to be a meal replacement unless consulted.

Gave this a try to help with hunger after my wisdom tooth surgery since I had to keep to liquids and soft foods. I was expecting it to taste just okay but it is really nice - kinda like Horlicks. It did the job of keeping me full. May actually come back for more in future.
